General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose and Seller

These terms govern sales made on the MOODPROJECT store, 36 ter rue du Maquis de Payolle, 65000 Tarbes, France, reachable at contact@moodproject.fr, with any consumer making an online purchase.

2. Products

The essential characteristics, price, and available information are presented on each product page. The photographs illustrate the product as faithfully as possible. The included accessories are those expressly indicated.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included when VAT is applicable. Standard delivery in mainland France is free.

4. Order and Payment

The customer checks their cart and contact details before payment. The order becomes final after payment confirmation. MOODPROJECT may refuse an order in the event of an obvious error, suspicion of fraud, or payment incident.

5. Availability

MOODPROJECT relies on several supply sources. If a product were to become exceptionally unavailable after the order, the customer would be informed without delay and could choose an equivalent solution when relevant or receive a refund of the amounts paid.

6. Delivery

Standard delivery is free in mainland France. The stated delivery time for available products is 3 to 5 days from order confirmation.

7. Withdrawal

The consumer has 14 days from receipt of the goods to notify their withdrawal, then 14 days to return the product. The direct return costs related to a change of mind are at their expense. The return terms and address are on the "Delivery and Returns" page.

8. Refund

The refund is made using the payment method used during the order. It may be deferred until the goods are recovered or proof of shipment is received.

9. Legal Guarantees

11. Intellectual Property

The brand, texts, graphic creations, photographs, and elements of the MOODPROJECT website are protected. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

12. Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms are subject to French law. In the event of a difficulty, the customer must first contact customer service. They retain the right to free recourse to a consumer mediator after a prior complaint that remained without a solution, in accordance with the applicable rules.
