Free delivery

Standard delivery is free in mainland France, with no minimum purchase.

The stated delivery time for our available products is 3 to 5 days from order confirmation. A tracking link is sent by email as soon as it is available. The customer must check that their address is correct before confirming their order.

Delivery

Upon delivery, please check the condition of the package and the product. In the event of visible damage, please contact contact@moodproject.fr promptly with your order number and photographs. This request does not affect your legal guarantees.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of the product to inform us of your decision to withdraw, without having to justify it. After notification, the product must be returned within 14 days, complete and with its accessories.

The direct return costs related to a change of mind remain the responsibility of the customer. They are covered by MOODPROJECT in the event of a preparation error, damaged product, or lack of conformity.

2-year legal guarantee

New products benefit from the two-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date they are delivered, as well as the legal guarantee against hidden defects. The implementation of the legal guarantee is free of charge for the consumer.
